Microsoft has filed an application to trademark "Kinect." According to the USPTO, it was filed under a "computer software, computer hardware, and computer peripherals" category. Perhaps we'll see a new phone or service connected to Microsoft's new Kin smart-phone line. (Via GoRumors)
